After 12 magical weeks at the renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland, Joanne Hepburn returned home with 4 new feathered friends and an idea. With a lifelong passion for all things sweet, she wanted to create an opulent sweet treat using only the finest and freshest natural ingredients.
After much testing and tasting, she developed the most divine recipe for marshmallows – indulgent, chic little soufflés.
Made with free range eggs, laid at home by the girls from Ballymaloe and with the help of their friends at Clonern Farm , combined with fresh fruit for colour and flavour, Hepburn & Co marshmallows are the perfect artisan treat.
Having launched her bespoke brand of confectionery with the sumptuous, gourmet marshmallows, she promptly set about making the most decadent fudge.
